Barefoot hiking is an activity of mechanic, physical and mental strength, at the same time as it’s an experience of sentiments,
concentration, poetry and silence. Take off your shoes, walk the path through the woods and feel the grass of the meadow, the moss of the forest and the sun warm stones under your bare feet. Welcome to join our workshop “Steps in silence”, in which we teach practice and theory in barefoot hiking in country tracks and in mountain paths. We want to make you feel reconnected to nature.
